11th and
Monroe Street Park Renovation
The Department of Parks and Recreation
(DPR) has partnered with the Office of Public Education Facilities
Modernization (OPEFM) to renovate the park at 11th and Monroe Streets,
NW.
The new park will feature a new playground; new plaza; landscaping; water fountain; and game tables.
Schedule and Status
As of March 2011, the project is in
design development. Construction
is expected to start in Summer 2011.
